oday was a work party at Amy's homestead for fencing. As all of you who have come and visited me in the past, you know I am not bashful about putting you guys to work. Today was not any different. Nine of us worked for several hours to get Amy's wooden log fencing up. We got about 1/3 of it done, complete with 4 gates to her pastures. This is a different kind of fencing than I wrote about in the last issue, but it is not any more difficult than putting up the rail fencing that we did here at our place. What is interesting of this, is that no holes for posts are required.

Pictured is the fencing crew of the day. Check out more at Amy's website as I am sure she is blogging on it tonight as she was so happy with the progress we made.
