liss!!!! I usually wake up without a alarm clock every morning. I usually am up at 6 am. I actually slept until 7:33am. I love my bed!

It is warmer out. Only -5.8C/21F. Yesterday I checked out the root cellar before I went to work and all is OK in there from the deep freezes. Until I tried to shut the door. As it is a newer cellar, everything has not adjusted itself to its permanent location yet. The door has been hard to open/close recently, but yesterday, it would not shut by at least 1/4" overlap which instantly happened. Between a hammer and a pocketknife I subdued it enough to get it shut again. I will have to borrow a belt sander and trim a wee bit off the edge of the door for a snug fit, where I do not have to have a discussion with a door. 

I am going to try to get the dogs out for a run today. All this snow for weeks and I have not got them out for anything except a couple for chores. Every time I touch the sled, they are all happy and anticipating they will get to go out. Poor guys!

The foursome is instructed to head for the Wishing Well, which Judy guesses is where they have to wish that the star be fixed. Arriving at the well, Paddy peers into it, loses his footing, and falls headlong to its deep, dark bottom.
