December 14, 2007

was up working until midnight last night for one job as I am determined to learn this one computer program well enough I can do it with my eyes blindfolded and one arm tied behind my back by the end of the week.

The snow keeps coming down and there is supposed to be more tonight. I only got half my driveway ... ok.. maybe a little more than 1/3, shoveled out from the last 2 snows today. I will have to do the rest tomorrow morning.

Tonight I am trying to duplicate a pizza I had down at the coast over my birthday. It is brie, carmelized onions and pear. I will have to see how it goes. I have the dough rising currently.

Dinner Update:

This pizza is so good. It is currently my favorite kind of pizza. It looks small in the picture, but easily could feed 2 people and have leftovers for breakfast. I think it cost all of about $6 to make and about 20 minutes total time. 1 pear, 1 onion, a little flour, salt, sugar and yeast... and $5 worth of Brie cheese.

Cinnamon Bear Episode 18: Chased by Indians
A group of cowboys ride up and save the foursome. The leader of the cowboys brings Melissa into focus through a looking glass placed in his hat. She hears of the troubles experienced by Paddy, Crazy Quilt, and the children. She tells them to locate a singing tree. They leave the cowboys to search and are surrounded by Indians.
