orry about not having a blog yesterday or a real one today. Remember when I said I was overheated the other day? I had too much sun, no hat (and I know better) and not drinking enough water... so I have been sick since then. I have Heat Exhaustion. I will try to be back online tonight, but even the limited amount I have been on last night and this afternoon makes my head hurt worse from looking at the computer screen. At least I have not thrown up, but it was close and I am still cold and shivery when I know I am too hot. I had a class this morning I had to do, so I did that, came home by 11 am and have slept now and again on the couch and I am not moving very far from it today.

I will update the blog with this weekends events tonight or tomorrow, when this darn headache goes away. So... learn from me and avoid working in the hot sun if you can, try another chore and if you can't get out of it, wear a hat and drink lots of fluids with a few grains of salt in it maybe!!
