still have a sick kid at home, but I am not going to take him to the doctor's office today as he is no longer running a fever and his coughing is less. But I kept him home from school as I think he really still needs to rest, sleep and eat frozen fruit bars.

It is warm out. I do not think it even frozen last night. As soon as it was light enough to see outside, I could see water dripping off the roofline past the windows. We are starting to let the fire go out around 2 pm now and only start it up once in the mornings.  Look at this weather report for today!! +10c?

It says rain too!!! I have not seen rain in months and months. I love the sound of it on our tin roof.  My reading for the day, between working on projects for the magazine and cleaning house is a really thick book called "Digestive Physiology and Nutrition of Ruminants". It is not as boring as it sounds.
