hat is worse than butchering turkeys?  Butchering turkeys in a monsoon. It was vile. But we had 2 turkeys to do. I am sure Amy has hers posted on her website by now. The rest of the turkeys we will butcher out for Christmas.

It monsooned until 1 pm and by then we were done with the birds. I see I need to dig a few more ditches to direct water. The skies cleared off this evening and it got down to -3C.
