y new work computer finally came in, so I traveled to another town yesterday
afternoon to have the production guy put all the 'goodies' onto it which I will
require.
Since we dumped all of the Clinton camping gear at my guy's house (whom lives in the same town I had to travel to) and it was a complete shambles, I cleaned it for him while he was at work since there was nothing else for me to do in that town anyway. But... what I found was pretty neat and I wanted to share it with you guys.

A few magazine issues ago, I wrote about
kerosene lamps and in another issue about lamps made from pretty much anything
with olive oil. I spied that he had a pottery oil lamp sitting in a dark corner
on a shelf... I just had to try it out.
It is not very big. About the size of the orange sitting behind it. Even though I know these little lamps can throw out alot of light, it is always amazing to see it. (For me anyway).
I really, really like that the weather has finally smartened up and it seems to be summer again. It has been about 28c/82F for the last couple of days. The Farmer's Almanac was WRONG this year!!!
