ard to believe it is February already. Where did January go? They say that as you get older time flies. At this rate I must be as old as Methuselah. However, I still feel that I am in my 20's most days.

I have a new person in my life. No..... not a boyfriend!!! (NO!NO!NO!) But I did do something I have been thinking about for awhile. I am now a Big Sister to someone. She is spending the weekends with me and when she is not in school. She is interested in learning about sled dogs and we are building her a sled. She is also an aspiring writer, so she goes to work with me. I think we shall have a great time! I am not actually part of the program per se.. she seeked me out and her parents are happy she has a mentor, so it is basically the same thing though. They are very supportive of her getting sleddogs. Things like this tend to happen when they are supposed to.
