 his morning looks like it will be a lovely day. Two days ago it was 3C/37F overnight.. again there was talk it had frosted not far from here. Again I was lucky. Yesterday was 8C/46F, and it is the same this morning. Maybe we will get summer yet. I think we have had 3-4 days of summer thus far. Yesterday in my travels, there were more than a couple of people complaining about the lack of summer, as we got gypped on one last year as well.

Last night a family came over and looked at "their" pig. They had not seen them yet except for pictures. They enjoyed feeding them grass through the chain link, as evidently they had not really been close to a pig before. Man, they are sure growing.

It was kinda nice being able to sit in the same spot for awhile when I was packaging up magazines. I was able to call people I have not actually called in awhile due to not being near a phone without being in the bathtub, so I gave my mom a good long call and to another friend whom I have probably not talked to on the phone in months. It is not often I get to do that. Usually I am on the phone at home less than five minutes a day, other than using it for my dial-up for the computer.

The radio just said it is $1.50 a liter for regular gasoline now. That is $5.70 a gallon. When I bought my little truck, it cost $22 to fill it.. now it is over $65 as of a couple days ago.
