reader asked me the other day where and how I learned all the stuff that I do. The answer is complicated... Those who know me, know the answer is ALWAYS a "yes and a no" answer (right Linda and Dawn?)... I have found that things are rarely black and white in this world. Including when you ask me a question. It is not that I am trying to be evasive, it is just the only way I can answer properly in my way of thinking. This post below skips around a bit, and is horrifically long, but it will perhaps give you the answer you were looking for. It took awhile to get it posted as I added to it from time to time as workloads allowed
