ood thing I did not have to get up in the middle of the night, as I am one who just wanders without turning a light on. I would have forgotten and slammed into a wall which had not been there yesterday morning. Granted they are just roughed in, but it still would have hurt, especially when I was 7/8's asleep. Bren worked on the bathroom for most of the afternoon and evening yesterday. I had to go and run various chores.

 Today I get to sit on the couch and do my work for the paper and watch him & the Danish guy do some more things. Next week(end) there will be more stuff for me to do he promised. He said the roughing in did not take much.

Bren sits down and contemplates every now and again (such as when he was sitting in his bathtub) to plan things along in his head. Occasionally he sketches things out on paper as he is building ideas for doors or vanities as the idea comes. It is coming along. He had me read yesterday's blog.. he laughed about what I said about contractor's deadlines. He said he is pretty sure it will be done by Christmas. It is kinda neat how he has changed the whole bathroom around, but did not have to change any of the plumbing or electrical. He just swung/switched things around.

The little boys next door were building a snowman. I did not see them until after I commented to the guys in the house that I ought to build a snowman one day, as all the years I have lived in Canada, I have yet to build a snowman. However I did make a Snow Angel once right in front of the doors of city hall. The guys said I should go out and make one, but I decided I had too much stuff to do yet, so I called the little boys over to the porch and handed them a carrot for their creations nose. They were MOST happy!
