March 5, 2009

knew it. Right after I finished planting seeds out yesterday afternoon, it started to snow. Probably harder than I have seen all winter actually. After I finished planting tomatoes, I started to count on my fingers, toes and then consulted the calendar to gamble on when I may be able to get anything planted outside. So I also planted some  brassicas and some herbs. One of Bren's friends came over to visit me (since Bren has been gone 12 days now) and had coffee. He would like to put in a small garden this year, so I offered the use of my truck to haul in topsoil for him and to give him some of my seedlings when he is ready.
