 I have not even started on any of my holiday gifts. Not making them. Not buying them. I had better get my posterior moving on that.

We went to look at another house today. Three bedrooms/2 baths. I was pretty excited about it yesterday, but since found out that it has flooded in the area to a depth of a foot or two twice in the last few years. And it is a fair distance away from the river. This photo is the last flood in the area.

There is mold issues in the walls with the house, so I was not as excited about it today when I could actually get in. That and the stairway in the home which is more like a ladder than a stairway. And that is where the baby's room would be and there is NOT A HOPE I would want my kidlet to navigate that. So tomorrow I am off to look at 3-4 more homes.
