Moms gonna be perturbed with me posting this...

I was raiding mom's pantry for some pudding mix the other day.. since my organic
stuff is in the storage unit. I found some pistachio which was not SUGAR FREE
(mom doesn't believe aspartame is bad for you, so she has a bunch of it
here)....

I opened the box, started to mix it into the milk and discovered weevils or some
kind of bug which likes to get into things like packaged foods. Down the drain
that mess went as I was not so much into unintentional protein in my food. ICKY!
I have not had to deal with weevils in Canada for the last 9 years.

SO.. I grabbed a second box and discovered more of them bugs in the boxes. 6
boxes later and out of the regular kind of pudding mix.... I said I was going to
check mom's SUGAR FREE aspartame laden boxes to also throw those away if they
were bad. What I found which was interesting to me, is that NOT ONE of the boxes
with the artificial sweetener, which were bought all about the same time as the
SUGAR LADEN ones.. had no weevils in them.

Are the bugs telling us something?
