 I finally had a sunny day yesterday to try to do the 'photoshoot' in the living room I was hoping to try with Sweet Pea's pink dress and the pink flowers I was given in the hospital. The givers of the flowers were foreseeing and gave me artificial ones so I could take them across the border with me, as live flowers are not allowed.

So I took some of the flowers out of the arrangement and put them in the photo's with her.

It is a bit difficult to tell, but she is actually sitting up (mostly -- babies are rather wobbly) for this photo. I think I will have some professional photos done for Christmas.

We also needed some things from the store, so yesterday was her first trip into public. She was good the whole time while we shopped for fresh fruit, veggies, juice, shampoo/conditioner and failed on finding a new pair of tennis shoes for me as mine are OLD and wearing out.

I was also craving Pumpkin & Wild Rice Soup, so I got a can of organic pumpkin. Wild rice is hard to locate down here however. But I think I will make that for lunch today.. Yummy!
