I have been reading an article the last couple of days about solar communities. SOAR is one such community a man started in Ontario Canada. If we can create community water systems and community this and that, why not create more solar communities? If one man had a vision and created what he did within his home area, why can't others? By joining together, it is like a co-op and can bring the price of solar (or wind ect) down in price for everyone.

How does one go about this? Well, I am sure there are as many different ways as there are people, but mainly this guy went about it this way....
