My realtor is still keeping track of the farmhouse owned by the bank that I am interested in. It has been 20-some days since they reduced the price to $5k more than I offered.. and got the word back that they know I am still interested at my offer. It would be nice if they decided sometime SOON! It would also be nice to be able to get it before that $8,000 tax kickback for home buying expires. So it is still a waiting game.

Last night I helped a newer friend move since I have a truck and she has a itty bitty tiny car and couldn't get the bulky stuff into it. I did not lift or pack anything, just arranged it in the truck, I was merely a driver.

Other than that, nothing too exciting to blog about.
