On the road again! Every 9-14 days I am on the road heading north for my prenatal doctor's appointments, or on my way south to continue to house hunt and care for my animals. Soon I will not have to continue the drive. But in the meantime, I am enjoying the scenery. On my way up, I stay at a friend's home on an island and then go through a mountain system for hours and then stay near my doctor's appointment either in a 'hostel', my truck or in a tent. Then I see my doctor and then head back south on a different route to break up the traveling a bit and then tent camp it in a campground where I can get internet. The next day back in Oregon. I used to drive the whole distance all in one day and I have NO Idea how I used to do that *L*..

Photo Below: On my way though the mountains heading north. I have seen everything from bears to movies being filmed (and traffic being stopped for it) and major road construction. As the days shorten, I am also seeing Autumn coming rapidly.

One of the best photos I took of the thousands and thousands of salmon spawning in the creek. See how they turn redder and greener? They also get a hooked nose and get a hump on their backs. After they spawn, they die. Soon thousands of dead fish will be in the water. You can smell the dead fish already and there are hardly any to see yet.
