S weetPea felt hot this morning, so first thing off the bat we were at the local pharmacy and purchased a infant thermometer and infant Tylenol drops. She was normal temperature. It was better to be safe than sorry and we would need those things down the line anyway.
Started on the disaster of an office (we had to throw ALOT of stuff in there on moving day). The sunshine outdoors was calling to me however, so we took a trek into town to do an errand with baby in her sling. It took about 2 hours as we discovered that the local library has story time now and again. When we were passing by, I could see in the window and so we stopped by. SweetPea has never seen any other little kids before, other than 'the baby in the mirror'. I think she had fun. "Ten little monkeys jumping on the bed...".
On
our walk we spied yellow Crocuses blooming in someone's yard. Mine are not
blooming yet, but it will be a fun surprise to see what bulbs do come up. I am
estimating I have well over a couple hundred of them on the property.
When I was carting things out to the various sheds to store as I go through things and get the office in order, I noted there was a honeybee in the yard. Someone has hives nearby then (unless it is a wild hive). I was glad to see her as it means I should get good pollination on my veggies and fruit trees.
Tonight I had dinner over at "B" & "G's" house and met another one of their friends.
I need to prune the apple tree very quickly as well.. as soon as I find my Felco's.
