Met my new neighbors yesterday. It is nice they have a little girl as well. MUCH nicer than my last (closest) neighbors in "Moosetown". The woman I was talking gardening with and her family used to own a feed store and she has POUNDS of many different heirloom vegetables as she kept the seed when they closed the store. We shall have to go over each other's seed bags (crates). She said she is afraid to grow any of them as she does not know how to save seed. I said I would teach her if she liked. We are already planning on doing a Seedy Saturday in 2011 and she said she is friends with the person who runs the local Farmer's market  so we can promote our Seedy Saturday. Gotta love gabbing in the rain on a front porch. She and her daughter came over and helped scrub cupboards for a little bit.

Today, the bathroom had its second coat of paint and all the kitchen got its paint and trim. I took all the drawers and cupboard faces off. The long shelf was removed from the wall in the kitchen to make life easier to paint. We painted for a total of 7 hours again today between three of us..so I think there is 42 hours worth of painting already. I am working on the entertainment room walls tomorrow as the linoleum gets installed. And maybe paint the feet on the clawfoot tub.
