My mom asked me if I wanted one of our family heirlooms for my kitchen. Of course I said "YES!!!". It has been in a branch of my mother's side of the family. It is not likely I will use this for making sausages although all the parts and horns are there as I have my other newer cast iron one.

But I have always admired this wonderful piece of family history.
