busy in the kitchen again today. Make watermelon wine, watermelon sorbet,
started on watermelon rind pickles. Made vanilla ice cream and lavender ice
cream
which are freezing at the moment. Chicken and rice with vegetables casserole for
dinner. The kitchen is a disaster. But is in the works of getting some sanity
back in there.Had a man out here tonight for digging our new well. Hopefully soon we will have that water situation under control again. It will be nice to have water and not have to monitor it everyday.
Got a few new subscriptions today, I was bad today and forgot to take 2 packages to the post office. I will remedy that situation in the morning. They could not get my deer struck bumper put back on today, so I have an appointment again tomorrow. The rest of the truck looks beautiful again however.
