een a few days since I have updated. I have been working on the press all day for someone else making business cards, brochures and return labels for their store. I have been busy enough I have ignored my cow other than feeding her the last 2 days. I had quite a few new orders come in, so I have been packaging things up. I finally found return labels and printed some for me and that saves Alot of writing on the new stickers I have to mail the magazines with.

Thanksgiving was good.. the turkey was wonderful and then in a soup for the next 2 days. I have my house clean again, though I have to deal with my 'research center'. I have books piled up everywhere.

I do not buy things on a whim very often all, and I went into a store with a friend and bought myself a djembe as an early birthday present to myself. It is a type of drum that they play in the SCA alot in drumming circles or alone. Friends up north got my interest in it again. I walked up to the manager of the store and asked if I got the djembe as well as the bag for it, how much could I get off the price. It never hurts to ask.. She told me if I got both, she would toss the bag in for free, so I saved myself $40 which was about 1/3 of the cost..
