ot the new website done today. I am pretty proud of it as I did most of it myself with some help from Amy. I am becoming a techie (not!). But I think it has some fun things on it to do and the blog will be easier to read from day to day. After two years it was time to update and make some changes. Thank you WD for all the hard work and time you have put into me and the old website.

Rain here. Another egg from the chickens.. put more nestboxes in since they really are not excited about the ones I had in there. I have 8 nests for them now and will add more later as they start laying more. I can tell it is getting darker and darker. It is 5:30pm and we need lights on in the livingroom already.

I went to the Links section last night (which no one else can get to yet as the website is not 100% up for public viewing until the next few days) and went to the Northern Lights links.. man.. it was so cool looking at the live aurora cam at 1 am this morning. The colours were just brilliant. Do make a point of going there during the day, so you can see what it is you are looking at. The lens is like a fish eye so you can see the whole sky. During the day you can see someone's cabin and a treeline. They are shaped like a "u", so you will get a better idea of what you are looking at when it is dark.

The black imaging unit for the press will be here Wednesday I am told, so I can resume that last 780 pages and get the magazines sent out. It seems some kind of weird thing happens each time I go to print. They will be out soon. I promise.
